Villa Sunny Side is a very spacious fully detached villa situated in a very exclusive and peaceful Valley known as Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha, a small village in the Northern part of the island. Malta's largest sandiest beach 'Mellieha Bay' is a 20-minute walk along coastal paths and there is also good sea bathing with a small beach barely 10 minutes walk away.

Villa 'Sunny Side' commands country views and has its own adult and unique separate children's pool set in a private garden. The pool and deck are sun-drenched all day long. This family-run, well-kept villa is fully furnished to a high standard & offers a large family the opportunity of holidaying together whilst affording a large degree of privacy. The main floor of the villa is comprised of four air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, coffee percolator, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and all pots and pans, a living area with cable TV, and a dining area. On the lower ground, one will also have an additional two en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms (no internal access) ) for the larger families. The villa is surrounded by a terrace leading to the pool area which is equipped with sun loungers, BBQ, and outdoor dining. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

A car is not necessary but recommended. There is plenty of parking outside the villa.

The air conditioning/heating are operated by pre-paid cards but we will give you 100 units of credit per week.
