Property Description

The graceful villa Ritari is situated in one of the best places of Sappee area right next to the slopes, summer theatre and all the services. The new villa is suitable for both luxurious holidays and for business purposes.

Up to 10+2 people can be accommodated in the villa. The villa (122 m2) was built in 2014 and there are 5 bedrooms, two toilets, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, a spacious sauna with an electric sauna stove and a decked terrace with an “always ready” outdoor hot tub (for extra cost 150€). During the summer time outside in the terrace there is a charcoal grill and a sitting area.

For meetings and business purposes there is a Full HD 55” Led-TV that guests can connect to their laptop and show all the business material through the TV, a wireless Internet connection and a dining table for 10 people that can be served as a meeting table in the villa. There is also another flat screen TV upstairs, a home theatre system, a fireplace, a drying closet for wet clothes, a washing machine, radio/ CD, audio/ speakers in the sauna, an outdoor storage and a partly decked terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, an induction stove and next to the dressing room there is another fridge for drinks. In the stairs there are children’s safety gates. There are children’s removable bed, a high chair and a chamber pot. In the outdoor storage there are children’s sand toys for summer time and sled and toboggan for winter time.
