Ferraguzzo is the private home to a family Palazzeschi, beautify restored with the old farmhouse’s original floors and beams with every comfort in mind. It is set at the top of a short white road on a hillside surrounded by a well kept garden with lush lawns enjoying beautiful views of the lush countryside and of the village of  Citerna no far from Anghiari .here are not many restored farmhouses that offer the modern comforts found here. Next to the pool there is a fantastic structure with a shaded dining area, a large shaded seating area with modern settees and a summer kitchen. Below there is a spacious summer entertainment room with a large TV and a window from which you can see into the pool below the water line. Then there is a fully equipped gym and sauna. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and those in the main house have air conditioning as well. There are in all 5 living areas ensuring that there is always a place to sit down and read a book in peace. The bathrooms are modern, the kitchen well equipped and the owners do a fantastic job is maintaining the property to a very high standard. At Ferraguzzo you are in the heart of Umbria with many unspoilt and quiet villages and towns to visit. Nearby is the village of Anghiari where you have summer classical concerts and then there all the attractions that  Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Cortona, Assisi as Siena and many other towns all offer. Food is another attraction to this area, famous for its truffles and mushrooms.
