This comfortably furnished house is near the town of Pula, in the little village of Jadreski, in the south of Istria.

The villa provides 350m² of living space on three floors and can accommodate up to eight people. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a big dining table, and a living room with a sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed for two people. This floor also has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and there is a separate toilet. The upper floor has two further bedrooms, also with their own bathroom, and a balcony. All the bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, a minibar, a safe, a TV and air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available in the building and on site.

There is an extensive terrace with a pool on the fenced site. Plenty of terrace furniture is provided. A grill area and parking spaces are also available. The basement has a table tennis table, a pool table, table football and a fitness machine. Here there is also the fifth bathroom with a shower.

Pets are not allowed.

It is about 5km to the sea and the beaches. You can go shopping in Pula, about 6km away.
