High-quality holiday accommodation in a unique, modernly equipped log ski-in ski-out apartment with a view, completed in 2020. The apartment is located next to Syöte National Park, on the slope of Iso-Syöte, Finland's southernmost fell, in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes and Bike Park trails. From the large windows in the living room and kitchen and the panoramic terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent views of Syöte.

The beautiful hiking and day trails of Syöte National Park are nearby, and from the cottage yard you can go to berry picking and admire the fell nature. In addition to the best mountain bike trails in Finland, it is convenient to move from the cottage to the renewed and expanded Bike Park trails, and at the end of the day, go down the bike path from the top of the fell back to the cottage. In the winter season, you can leave the apartment yard along the forest trail to the ski slope, and you can also return along the forest trail. Cross-country skiing trails are nearby.

There is an air-source heat pump on both floors of the apartment. The bedrooms and the upstairs windows have blackout curtains. The luxuriously equipped cottage has beds for 10+2. The high-quality Iittala coffee and dinnerware is sized for 15 people. If your party is large, by renting both ends of the semi-detached house, this complex can accommodate 20+2 people. The passage between the apartments is conveniently via the panoramic terrace.

The view apartment is 115 m2 in size and is on two levels. The upper floor is divided into three parts, one of which is a sleeping alcove with a double bed, a large living area in the middle and at the other end there are two connectable frame mattress beds and a children's bed. The two bedrooms downstairs have a double bed and one bedroom has separate connectable frame mattress beds.

Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, induction stove, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker (MoccaMaster), kettle, toaster, electric mixer, hand blender, blender, waffle iron, Iittala dining and coffee tableware for 15 people, children's tableware, serving dishes. A gas grill is available during the summer season.

Hallway/housekeeping equipment: washing machine, iron + ironing board, drying cabinet, drying rack, plenty of cupboard and coat rack space.

Living room equipment: Smart TV 55" 4K, Tulikivi fireplace (firewood included in the rent), wireless WiFi network connection.

Equipment for little ones: cot, travel cot, high chair, potty, children's tableware, sleds, slides and a wheeled sled, board games, reading, baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, television upstairs.

The apartment has a very spacious locked storage room, which can accommodate, among other things, about 10 mountain bikes. The storage room has a high-quality Puuru two-ski waxing stand.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
