Property Description

Our beautiful guesthouse is located in the heart of Keflavik, only 5 minutes away from Keflavik airport driving.

The house is small and cozy with 4 rooms,  one with að privat bathroom, one master bedroom, 2 smaller  double/ twin bedrooms,  one single room and 2 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms,  and a living room with a sofas, chairs and a broadband TV. In total there is sleeping accommodation for 7-8 persons.

There is a nice new kitchen in the house with household utensils including tables, chairs, a stove, a refrigerator, and other appliances and kitchen utensils. Outside there is a nice cozy corner where you can sit and enjoy life.

There is a parking spot outside, wireless internet in the house.

The house was once used as a sign factory. We just finished a huge project where the whole house has been given a thorough renovation. The floor and the bathroom is new and everything is freshly painted.

The house is within walking distance to shops, movies, restaurants, museums, water park (which is a pool, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and hot Jacuzzis).

The Capital Reykjavík is in 45 minutes driving,  blue lagoon is in 20 minutes driving.
