The block is set on 5 floors having 2 apartments on each floor the top most ones having seaviews of Sliema Ferry and Manuel Island.
This particular apartment is on the 2nd floor served with lift. At the entrance it has a spacious living area leading to the dining/kitchen area where it leads to a glass door opening, leading to a sizeable terrace with seaviews of Sliema. The terrace comes complete with outdoor seating area for 4 people. This space is ideal to spend a relaxed day in the sun or else for a fresco candle light dinner. The kitchen is also fully equipped and is ideal for preparing own meals and easy cooking.
This apartment has further 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double bed and en-suite and another bedroom with two single beds. Also, the apartment has another family bathroom. Both bathrooms differ from each other as one has a bath tub and the other a shower closure. Both bedrooms come with wall hung air conditioning. WiFi and cable TV come on complementary basis.
