Property Description

Sappeen Aateli is a high class log villa that was built in spring 2012. The cottage is located on the top of the Sappee next to the slopes, the summer theater and other services. The new villa is suitable for both luxurious holidays and for business purposes. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets, showers both downstairs and upstairs, a well equipped kitchen, a living room, a spacious sauna for 8 -10 people and a terrace with all-the-time warm outdoor hot tub (for an extra cost 150€/rent).

The dining room can be used as a meeting room (there is a data projector, a wireless Internet connection and there are sitting places around the table for 14 people in it). Up to 12 + 4 people can be accommodated in the cottage. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with three beds and upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, which two of them have double beds, one has 2 separate beds and one has 3 separate beds. In addition there are four extra mattresses that can be used as extra beds.

For children there is a children’s removable bed, a child’s high chair, a chamber pot and children’s cutlery. Also in the outdoor storage room there are children’s toys for sand games in summer time and sled and toboggan for wintertime. In the staircase there are children’s safety gates.

During summertime in the outdoor terrace there are charcoal grill and terrace furniture that customers may use.

The total living area of the log cottage is 175 m2 (downstairs – 118 m2 and upstairs -57 m2). The cottage is equipped with 5 flat screen TVs (in the living room there is a Full HD 42 ” Led TV), home theater system, radio/ CD player, music in the sauna, washing machine, drying closet for wet clothes, freezer, warm storage room, decked terrace and a balcony. It’s about 100 m to the slopes from the cottage and the ski tracks are about 300 m away, Huippu restaurant is 150 meters away and Frisbee Golf is about 300 meters away. The public swimming place is about 3 km away. The beach is shallow with a sandy bottom.
