Property Description

The bigger half of the house has two levels. It includes the sauna, three showers, two bathrooms and two toilets. The sauna is located on the upper floor and the shower room next to it is also equipped with a Jacuzzi bath-tub for two people. The bedrooms are located on both first and second levels, two upstairs and one downstairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs is equipped with one unusual double bed: it changes its shape and gets adjusted to your body. You can easily raise or lower any of its parts by pushing the button. The same bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed – 160 cm wide! Moreover, one usual single bed is also provided, along with another single extension bed which can be easily turned into a double-bed. The upper floor is executed in a very unusual way. The rooms are located only in the right half of the house, whereas the left one remains an open space being continuation of the lower floor. Ascending upstairs you get to the upper floor railed with a fence for safety reasons, opening the view on the lower level. An open rest zone with arm-chairs, sofas and a magazine table is located in front of the entrance to the shower room with Jacuzzi and sauna. Sofas can also be used as sleeping places. There is another bedroom downstairs, too. The living room has a transformable bed /sofa for two people. So, this part of the house includes 8 beds, including additional ones. The living room can also be used as an conference room: you can find a video-projector, a screen, Wi-Fi and karaoke there. The cottage is also adapted for disabled people. In accordance with your desire the beds can be made before your arrival.
