La Sorgente del Subasio was born as an eco-sustainable structure in 2011, in the green countryside at the foot of Assisi.

Consisting of a farmhouse that houses five newly built apartments, an outdoor swimming pool and a 10,000 m2 park, the structure allows its guests to relax without renouncing the proximity to the historical and cultural wonders of Umbria.

La Sorgente del Subasio is perfect for families with children and groups of friends, offering them the opportunity to better enjoy their holiday in our region. The equipped swimming pool is available to guests free of charge, as are the outdoor furniture (gazebo, benches and tables), the children's playground and the barbecue for summer dinners.

The farmhouse of the Sorgente del Subasio houses five recently built apartments in which the simplicity of the Umbrian land is combined with the comfort of six internal services and the functionality of the furnishings.

Each of the accommodations responds to the needs of our guests and is equipped with independent air conditioning (heating and air conditioning, for a fee), a kitchen equipped with a hob and a private bathroom.

Fun and special moments in the open air

You will have at your disposal a park of 10,000 square meters in which to relax in contact with the greenery of Umbrian nature. La Sorgente del Subasio offers its guests an outdoor swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and flanked by a gazebo with a relaxation area.

The pleasure of summer dinners will be even greater thanks to the presence of barbecues, tables and benches that can be used for moments with family and friends. And the possibilities for fun also extend to the little ones with the outdoor spaces and the dedicated playground.

Apartment Fiordaliso

Apartment for 2-3 people

Il Fiordaliso is a 30 square meter apartment that can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double and a single, a private bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a hob. In summer it is possible to use the owners' private swimming pool with gazebos, sunbeds and shower. Also available free of charge to guests: ample parking, barbecue, children's playground, 10,000-metre park, Wi-Fi internet connection.

Apartment Lilla

Apartment for 2-4 guests

35 square meter apartment that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The Lilla consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen with hob and extra bed for two and a private bathroom. The entrance is independent as is the terrace overlooking the park outside. In summer it is possible to use the owners' private swimming pool with gazebos, sunbeds and shower. Also available free of charge to guests: ample parking, barbecue, children's playground, 10,000-metre park, Wi-Fi internet connection.

Apartment Gerbera

Color and modernity in the furnishings make the Gerbera apartment ideal for a stay in Umbria for groups of two to four people. The accommodation has been recently renovated and features a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double bed and an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The kitchen is complete with hob, fridge and oven while the space available to guests is 32 m2. In summer it is possible to use the owners' private swimming pool with gazebos, sunbeds and shower. Also available free of charge to guests: ample parking, barbecue, children's playground, 10,000-metre park, Wi-Fi internet connection.

Like il Papavero, the Le Rose apartment is the largest and most spacious in the structure. Developed on a 50 m2 space with living room and equipped kitchen, the accommodation can accommodate from 2 to 6 people depending on your needs. The two bedrooms inside are double, the bathroom is private and in the kitchen there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The rooms are bright, the furnishings are well-kept and the spaces recently renovated. In summer it is possible to use the owners' private swimming pool with gazebos, sunbeds and shower. Also available free of charge to guests: ample parking, barbecue, children's playground, 10,000-metre park, Wi-Fi internet connection.

Apartment Papavero
