The country house Colle in Ceralto, is a family runned house. The Bennicelli family has been for more than 200 years and will be glad to share with guests the beauty of the place. We have two independent apartments that can hold 4 people each, if you are a group of 8 you can rent the whole villa to a special price. If you are up to 12, please let me know, we can provide an amaizing solution. The place offers to the guest an oasis of relax, far from the stress and restlessness of city life. The house lies at the entrance of a small medieval town (after which it is named), along the slope of a hill surrounded by a flourishing and intact vegetation: lush woods of oaks and holms, strawberry trees and olive grove. Interiors are completely renovated, conserved details of the architectonic tradition of Umbria, stone walls and wooden beams that, together with the rural style furniture, confer a relaxing and warm atmosphere to the rooms. Its an Ideal place to host families with kids or group of friends. The ground level features one large living-room with fireplace, a kitchen fully furnished, two double bedrooms and one toilet. Just outside the living room, a huge outdoor patio looks at the garden furnished with table and chairs. The first floor has a nice living area with a beautiful fireplace, an equipped kitchen, 2 double bedroom and one bathroom. This villa, surrounded by a large 1-hectare garden includes a characteristic dependence with ping-pong, wood stove to make your own pizza and bread overlooking the swimming pool.
