For couples, we provide privacy, intimacy, and the ideal setting for a romantic and stress free vacation in Lisbon. c) This spacious (1.850 sq.ft.) home, made of love and dreams, features a lovely mix of Portuguese golden age splendor details (18th century) and modern amenities. d) Our Lisbon luxury vacation rental includes: Fully equipped kitchen (with breakfast area), salon with dining area, living area and private balcony, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 hall, garage, rooftop terrace with gym and stunning views over the river Tagus. Cleaning (end of stay). Z1) Rental rates Rental rates are per apartment. No hidden costs or taxes. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Z2) Booking and Payment Your rental can start and end on any day of the week - It´s up to you ! We have two options in terms of method of booking and payment. They are: ⃰ Online Payment through credit card 1st. payment: €300 due at time of booking approval 2nd. payment: the balance will be due 15 days before your arrival. ⃰ PayPal or Bank transfer 1st. payment: €315 via PayPal, or €300 plus bank fees via Bank transfer 2nd. payment: the balance will be paid in cash during check-in. Z3) Cancellation In the event of a cancellation by Renter, the all amounts paid will be refunded, if Owner is able to re-rent the Property for the same period. Z4) Check-in time: 16:00 – 20:00 We will do our best to accommodate your early & late check-in, or allow you to store your luggage in the property until later in the day. Please confirm your check-in time with the Owner close to your arrival date. We will be waiting for you at the apartment upon your arrival in Lisbon. We will let you in, give you keys, and show you what you need to know, so that you can best enjoy your vacation apartment. Please allow at least 20 minutes for a check-in. Z5) Refundable Damage Deposit A refundable damage deposit (€250) is required for any damage to the Property incurred during the term of your rental, or with respect to any items missing from the Property. The refundable damage deposit will be paid in cash during check-in, and will be returned during check-out, if there is no damages neither items missing from the Property. Renter agrees to inform Owner immediately of any damage that occurs on the Property during Renter´s stay. Z6) Check-out time: 9:00 – 11:00 We will do our best to accommodate your early & late check-out, or allow you to store your luggage in the property until later in the day. Please confirm your check-out time with the Owner close to your departure date. Please allow at least 20 minutes for a check-out.
