The property is a detached villa of two floors. The downstairs is available for rent. It is completely separate from the upper floor. The downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It benefits from an open space lounge/dining room, The European Kitchen is fully fitted with a microwave, oven, hob and new fridge / freezer. and washing machine. There is a covered terraced area which leads directly to the swimming pool outside. The Villa is built in a Spanish style like the rest of the Resort. The resort has 24/7 security guard at the entry gate and is very popular with Westerners for long term/short term rental. We are 1.5K from City centre and from then a walking distance to the Beach. Located 4 km away is a huge Market Village shopping centre. Close by (200 metres) is an evening market (with dining area/entertainments and drinks area) Just outside the entrance is a local shop which is open from early morning to dusk. We can arrange Car/Motorcycle (Honda 50cc Clicks) hire upon your arrival at very competitive rates. Please remember to bring your driving licence. From BKK airport a comfortable airport bus (with air-con) can transfer you from Bangkok to Hua Hin bus station. This is a 3 hour journey and costs 280 baht. From there you can take a short Tuk tuk ride / taxi to our villa where we will be waiting to greet you.
