Situated in a protected nature reserve perched high on the cliffs and surrounded by forest, fynbos and ocean, these villas are the perfect getaway for those seeking peace and tranquility. Luxuriously and tastefully furnished, all rooms have beautiful views; watch whales and dolphins from the sea facing decks or bird watch from the fynbos deck. Fynbos or Cape Floral Kingdom has the highest density of plants in the world and attracts a myriad of bird and animal life, which can be enjoyed from all areas of the houses. Enjoy numerous walking trails that wind through the nature reserve where wildlife including antelope, zebra, karakul, porcupine and bush pig roam. Ballots Bay where the river meets the sea, is a fisherman’s paradise and is perfect for exploring and foraging.

Villa 24 has 3 bedrooms en suite all with beautiful views. Large open plan living / dining / kitchen, all with spectacular views. Drink sundowners on the sea deck with sweeping views of ocean, forest and cliffs.

Villa 8 has 2 luxurious bedrooms en suite with spectacular ocean views. Positioned directly on the cliffs, whales come in to calve so close you can hear them. Huge pods of dolphin swim past daily. Painted white, this villa has a contemporary feel with beautiful fabrics and exceptional quality linen, kitchen utensils and finishes.

There are many walks in the nature reserve that wind through fynbos and forest, along cliffs, down to rock pools and to the pebbly bay where the Meulen river enters the sea. You can barbecue at the bay or in a magical clearing in the forest.
