Our Home Restaurant serves meals under the pergola, offering local gastronomy-based dishes and wines. The bread, pasta, desserts, ice creams, and "Limoncello" are all made at Casale. The property is an entirely restored eighteenth-century rural residence with a three-hectare park of olive trees, cypresses, myrtles, and strawberry trees.

We have two flats available for guests. "Acque Francescane" can accommodate up to six people and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a sofa bed for two. "Acque Carsulae" can accommodate four plus one people and has a large bedroom with a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, and a sofa bed for two people. The two apartments are side by side, making them perfect for a large family or a group of ten people.

Umbria is known as "the green heart of Italy," and all of its towns are rich in art and history. Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Bevagna, Montefalco, and Spoleto are all less than an hour from the Casale. Near Terni, you can find the Marmore Falls, the highest and most beautiful in Europe. If you want to see something exclusive, visit the "Scarzuola," a masterpiece of the human imagination.
