This is an American-owned 2 bedroom beach condo that is the perfect combination for a Mediterranean coastal stay with quick and easy access to Spain's 3rd largest city. It is in the coast town of EL PUIG, just 10km north of Valencia. You can also expect American customer service! El Puig is the nicest 'suburb' town of Valencia with a famous 13th century monastery at its center. It is just 3 highway exits away from the city and has a 17 min. train ride into the center from the town's center. The town center is 2.5 km. inland from its beach. Car recommended. CONSIDER US FOR SPENDING YOUR WINTER: NOV.-FEB!!!!! We have a great mild climate here all year round! The sea-front condo on the beach of El Puig has views of the Mediterranean below, even from the main bedroom. It is in a private complex with 2 fronton courts (a Spanish game similar to an outdoor version of squash), a tennis court, playground, and restaurant with outdoor seating. In the months of June-September, there is a 35 meter long swimming pool and large kiddy pool, as well as open shops. The direct beach access is seconds away, with a pedestrian walkway that stretches for several kilometers. A small supermarket is open on most weekends throughout the year, as well as every day throughout the summer months. All year long there are shops within a 10 min. walk and all other stores within a 5 min. drive. The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms, both with Queen-size beds. There is also a very comfortable sofa-bed that is firm and also queen-sized, sleeping a total of 6 people, more if needed with children. We are child friendly and also provide a baby pack-and-play when necessary. We also uniquely provide a satellite dish, for European programs in other languages, including the main news channels in English such as CNN, CNBC and NPR radio. Internet included in price (hotspot wifi for up to 4 terminals. Not as fast as wifi, but gets the job done). The covered terrace, looking onto the Mediterranean, is perfect for spring, summer and fall outdoor eating. We provide the appropriate heating in the winter months, Dec-Feb. However, if you are from a chillier country, you can still enjoy the sun in the mid-day even in January here in Valencia's mild climate. Our complex in the summer has a small supermarket, giant pool from aprox. June 15-Sept.15 and a kiddy pool as well which is also open May to Oct.
