Property Description

Agriturismo Felciano can accommodate up to 4 people in two double bedrooms. Our vacation home in
Tuscany occupies the entire upper floor of a two-story structure, with a completely private entrance,
terrace, and gazebo.
The rooms are very spacious by Tuscan standards, and thanks to the large windows and high ceilings, our
vacation home is very bright and airy.
The entire property has recently been completely renovated. The terracotta floors, exposed-beam ceilings,
and other traditional Tuscan farmhouse features have been maintained, while all the interior fixtures are
new and modern. The furnishings are in rustic Tuscan style.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room. There's a dishwasher in the
kitchen area and a lovely fireplace in the dining area. A flat-screen TV is provided in the living/dining room.
The modern and very bright bathroom has a shower and all amenities.
Our guests have free access to a washing machine.
Outside, guests have access to a gazebo and a table and chairs. On warm evenings, the gazebo offers an
ideal spot for dinner. Deckchairs are provided for those who wish to soak up the sun on the terrace right
outside the door.
