Property Description

The Property consists of lounge, dining room, entrance hall, kitchen, utility room, toilet, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a storage area on the 2nd floor, which has been fully furnished and fitted by The Owners. The property is purely for use by the tenant and his immediate family only. The furniture and fittings are must be kept intact, any cost for damaged items must be borne by the tenant. Appendix A is a list of items belonging to The Owner for use by The Tenant. The Owners will be allowed to store certain belongings in the storage area on the 2nd floor during the tenancy period. The gardens of the property surrounding the house consist of lawn, olives trees, fruit trees and various plants situated on an area of approx 1400 Square meters.
