Very good road links & easy to find. Centrally positioned for day trips to Famous Hill Top Towns such as; Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, Assisi, Sangimignano etc... & our local town of Cortona, where 'Under the Tuscan Sun' was filmed

You can book the whole Villa Exclusiveley for your own group. Many times the whole Villa is booked for big family gatherings & for special occasions. Each room has its own private Bathroom & all rooms have a small fridge & coffee/tea making facilities. We have a separate outbuilding restored into our dining area for large groups. Here you can all cook & dine together indoors & outdoors also shaded.

All Apt are very spacious, each with fully equipped kitchens & are perfect for small families, Large private groups & for a romantic holiday for 2.

For your Privacy, Each Apt has its own private Garden area , table,& chairs.
