The private swimming pool with jacuzzi measures 42 m2. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests to enjoy. A terrace offers excellent opportunities for outdoor dining together with a brick built barbecue for excellent charcoal meals and dining table for 8-10 persons. Villa features a sauna as well, a private children playground and three parking spaces.

Nice, mainly pebble and stone beaches with numerous sports activities are only a couple of km away.In Vodnjan (at 3km ) there is a pharmacy, a market, as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Vodnjan is also famous for its prized olive oil and Kazuni, traditional Istrian shelters made of stone and used by farmers.Pula is 20 km from the villa. It is a city rich with history, monuments, sights and landmarks, restaurants, beautiful beaches and one of a kind long coastal promenade.
Airport Pula is 10 km away.

Istria is very well connected with the fast roads and little Istrian charming towns full of history are all within 45min drive.
